Watch NASAs historic Artemis 2 launch attempt live today. Heres how.

NASA is set to send four astronauts on a mission around the moon for the first time in more than 50 years, and viewers can watch the launch countdown live on April 1.

Artemis II is a test flight of the U.S. space agency's Space Launch System rocket and Orion capsule. The mission follows Artemis I, the successful uncrewed inaugural voyage of the spacecraft in 2022.

NASA will stream the launch from Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida, on its website, social media, and its YouTube channel. Live coverage of filling the rocket's tanks with fuel is expected to begin at 7:45 a.m. ET Wednesday on Youtube. Viewers can watch the event on NASA+, the space agency's free streaming service, starting at 12:50 p.m. ET.

The broadcast will track the four-person crew — Christina Koch, Victor Glover, Reid Wiseman, and Jeremy Hansen — as they board Orion. The actual two-hour launch window opens at 6:24 p.m. ET.

This mission is designed as a roughly 10-day deep space excursion that will loop around Earth before slingshotting around the moon and returning home. If successful, it would mark a major step toward future missions that aim to land astronauts on the lunar surface and establish a moon base there.

The flight also carries historic milestones. Koch is set to become the first woman to travel to the moon, and Glover the first Black astronaut to do so. Hansen, a Canadian astronaut, would be the first non-American assigned to a lunar mission. Their journey's estimated distance of 248,700 miles also could set a new record for farthest humans have ever traveled from Earth.

Watch the launch livestream here beginning at 7:45 a.m. ET on Wednesday, April 1.

NASA's live coverage typically includes real-time updates from the firing room, views from the launchpad, and commentary explaining each stage of the countdown. The agency will also provide rolling updates on its official Artemis blog.

The forecast so far shows an 80 percent chance of good weather conditions for launch day. Mission managers are mostly concerned about cloud coverage and high winds.

If the launch attempt is called off for weather or technical issues, the agency could try again any day through April 6. There is one other launch opportunity at the end of this month on April 30. NASA has declined to provide future launch windows beyond April to the public.

SAVE $24: Through April 30, new and returning Audible subscribers can get three months of the new Standard plan for just 99 cents per month. Usually $8.99 per month, that's a total of $24 in savings.

$0.99/month for 3 months (save $8/month)

I'm going to be honest here: I don't think Audible Standard is worth it at full price. The new plan, launched in March, costs $8.99 per month and lets you select one audiobook each month from the entire Audible collection. But unlike the Premium Plus plan, you can't keep those titles if you cancel your subscription. It's basically like you're just borrowing them instead — and for $8.99 each month, that hardly seems fair. That's why I think it's 100 percent worth snapping up the three-month deal the audiobook company is offering this month.

Through April 30, new and returning subscribers can get three months of the Audible Standard plan for only 99 cents per month. That's less than $3 total to "borrow" three premium audiobook titles from Audible's expansive catalog. I deem that a damn good deal.

Along with the premium titles, you'll also be able to enjoy unlimited listening to a curated library with Audible Originals and nearly 200 of the most popular titles previously available on Wondery+. So, technically, you'll get more than just three audiobooks for $3.

So, why pay 99 cents per month instead of using a free library-based audiobook app like Libby? Well, plain and simple, there are no wait times. The Audible Standard membership allows you to check out whatever premium title you want with no waiting involved. That means you can enjoy 2026 releases, BookTok favorites, and more whenever you want. Just remember, you need to finish listening before you cancel your subscription, or you'll lose access forever.

The Pitt fans, you need to watch the Season 2 finale credits

Here's a PSA for everyone preparing to tune into The Pitt Season 2 finale tonight: Make sure you keep watching through the episode's credits.

The finale features the show's first mid-credits sequence, in which Nick Fury approaches Dr. Robby (Noah Wyle) about putting together a team of elite TV doctors.

I'm totally kidding — about the Nick Fury part, anyway. The Pitt's mid-credits scene is very real, and it's certainly worth sticking around for. No spoilers for what the scene actually entails, but I will say it's less of an MCU-style teaser of what's to come in Season 3, and more of a cathartic button to Season 2. And after 15 hours of trauma cases and tense staff drama, you're going to want all the catharsis you can get.

That being said, if you want a teaser for Season 3, you're in luck. At PaleyFest LA, Wyle and The Pitt creator R. Scott Gemmill revealed key elements about what's next for the series, including when it would take place.

"It will be pre-Thanksgiving, moving into colder weather," Wyle told USA Today at PaleyFest. "The holidays are approaching. The weather's changing. People are turning on their heaters for the first time."

Wyle added the next season would be "explosive," which won't do anything to soothe my worries about The Pitt's staff's mental well-being. But in the meantime, the Season 2 mid-credits scene offers a sweet balm for that anxiety.

The Pitt Season 2 finale premieres Apr. 16 at 9 p.m. ET on HBO Max.

Wouldn't it be nice if all of the shows and movies you loved were on the same streaming service? If you're a Prime member, it's possible to make that happen — and for less money than keeping them all separate. Amazon just added the Apple TV and Peacock Premium Plus streaming bundle to the already extensive lineup of Prime Video add-ons.

The Apple TV and Peacock bundle debuted back in October 2025, but this is the first time you can bundle the services through your Prime Video account. The ad-free subscription bundle costs just $19.99 per month, which is over 30% or $10 cheaper than paying for Apple TV and Peacock individually. Peacock Premium Plus typically costs $16.99 per month on its own, while Apple TV now costs $12.99 per month after its latest price hike.

"This bundle makes it easier for customers to seamlessly access even more entertainment options all in one place. By expanding the streaming services and bundles available on Prime Video, we’re continuing to deliver on our commitment to provide customers with greater choice and seamless access to the shows, movies and sports they love," Ryan Pirozzi, head of Prime Video Channels, U.S. says in a press release.

The benefit of subscribing to the Apple TV and Peacock bundle through your Prime Video account is that you can access all three streaming libraries in a single app. Not to mention, you won't have to manage multiple subscriptions or payment methods. Amazon Prime is essentially recreating cable one add-on at a time.

Here's just a taste of all you can watch through the Apple TV and Peacock bundle on Prime Video:

  • Apple Originals like Pluribus, Severance, and The Studio

  • Beloved NBC series like Law & Order and One Chicago

  • Bravo hits like The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Summer House

  • Peacock Originals like The Traitors and Ponies

  • Premier League soccer, NFL Sunday Night Football, NBA, Major League Baseball, and more live on Peacock

  • Friday Night Baseball on Apple TV

  • Blockbuster Universal movies and fan-favorite franchises on Peacock
