WATCH: Trump Says Youth Vaccine Mandate Rollback is a “Very Tough Position” – “They Just Pure and Simple Work… I Think Those Vaccines Should be Used”

President Trump on Friday expressed support for mandatory vaccines for school-aged children, amid Health and Human Services Secretary RFK Jr.’s push to end unnecessary vaccination.
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. testified Thursday before the Senate Finance Committee, where Democrats sought to grill him about his personnel and vaccine guidance shake-up at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Per the Hill, “the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention stopped recommending the COVID-19 vaccine for those under 18. Kennedy, meanwhile, has fired all 17 sitting members of CDC’s vaccine advisory panel and also moved to oust the CDC head and other top HHS experts.”
During the Senate hearing, RFK revealed that in the early 2000s, a senior CDC scientist was ordered to destroy data from an internal study that showed a staggering link between the MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine and autism risk in young Black boys. The data showed that black boys, who got vaccinated before 24 months of age or 36 months of age, “had a 260% greater chance of getting an autism diagnosis than children who waited,” RFK said.
This also comes after Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo announced earlier this week that the Florida Department of Health is planning to remove “every last” vaccine mandate from Florida law.
“All of them. Every last one of them,” Ladapo said to loud cheers and a standing ovation.
“Who am I, as the government, or anyone else, who am I as a man standing here now to tell you what you should put in your body? Who am I to tell you what your child should put in their body? I don’t have that right.”

Trump has seemingly shown support for ending vaccine mandates and sharing concerns about vaccines contributing to autism in the past. However, his latest comments appear to be a break from RFK and Florida’s position.
Trump previously signed an Executive Order halting federal funding to schools with a COVID vaccine mandate, The Gateway Pundit reported.
When a reporter asked about vaccine mandates being rolled back for school children, Trump stated that some vaccines “are so amazing,” including the polio vaccine, and “a lot of people think that COVID is amazing.”
“I think you have to be very careful when you say that some people don’t have to be vaccinated,” he added, noting that he thinks non-controversial vaccines “should be used.”

Reporter: The vaccine mandates that were rolled back for school children, what do you think about that?
Trump: Well, I think we have to be very careful. Look, you have some vaccines that are so amazing. The polio vaccine, I happen to think is amazing. A lot of people think that COVID is amazing. You know, there are many people that believe strongly in that, but you have some vaccines that are so incredible. And I think you have to be very careful when you say that some people don’t have to be vaccinated.
It’s a very, you know, it’s a very tough position. So I’d give you an answer, I’ll give you a feeling, but just, initially, I heard about it yesterday, and it’s a tough stance. Look, you have vaccines that work. They just pure and simple work. They’re not controversial at all. And I think those vaccines should be used. Otherwise, some people are going to catch it, and they endanger other people. And when you don’t have controversy at all, I think people should take it.

President Trump Issues Warning to Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney: “Canada Lives Because of the United States. Remember that Mark” (VIDEO)
President Trump addresses a packed audience at Davos 2026.
President Trump did not hold anything back on Wednesday during his speech to global leaders at the World Economic Forum.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump announced on Tuesday that he will meet with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and “the various parties” on his planned acquisition of Greenland, which he described as “imperative for National and World Security.”
“I am committed to finding a way forward on Greenland. Can’t wait to see you,” Rutte said to Trump in a text message that the President shared.
During his speech, President Trump took a swipe at Canada’s far left prime minister. Trump called out Mark Carney for acting so cocky.
President Trump: We’re going to be defending Canada. Canada gets a lot of freebies from us, by the way. They should be grateful also, but they’re not. I watched your Prime Minister yesterday. He wasn’t so grateful. They should be grateful to us. Canada lives because of the United States. Remember that, Mark, the next time you make your statements?

Trump: For the first time in 50 years, we are now seeing reverse migration (Video)

President Donald Trump stated that his administration achieved the “strongest border in history,” asserting that illegal crossings fell by 99.999%, which he described as practically 100%. He said that for eight consecutive months, no illegal immigrants were admitted into the United States, according to official government figures, and emphasized that only people entering through legal channels were allowed in. Trump highlighted that the legal process requires demonstrating commitment to the country and economic self-sufficiency, and claimed that, for the first time in 50 years, the United States is experiencing reverse migration.

Comer Delivers Blistering Statement Ahead of Vote to Advance Clinton Contempt Resolutions (VIDEO)

House Judiciary Chairman James Comer on Wednesday delivered a blistering opening statement ahead of a vote to advance the contempt resolutions against the Clintons.
Bill and Hillary Clinton snubbed congressional subpoenas for the Committee’s Epstein probe and refused to appear for close-door depositions last week.
Comer said contempt proceedings will begin on Wednesday after the Clintons made new outrageous demands.
“Facing contempt of Congress, the Clintons’ lawyers made an untenable offer: that I travel to New York for a conversation with President Clinton only. No official transcript would be recorded and other Members of Congress would be barred from participating. I have rejected the Clintons’ ridiculous offer,” Comer said on Tuesday.
“The Clintons’ latest demands make clear they believe their last name entitles them to special treatment. The House Oversight Committee’s bipartisan subpoenas require the Clintons to appear for depositions that are under oath and transcribed. Former President Clinton has a documented history of parsing language to evade questions, responded falsely under oath, and was impeached and suspended from the practice of law as a result,” Comer said.
“The absence of an official transcript is an indefensible demand that is insulting to the American people who demand answers about Epstein’s crimes. As part of our investigation, the House Oversight Committee has released transcripts of interviews with former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr and former U.S. Secretary of Labor Alex Acosta, which has provided much needed transparency to the public. Without a formal record, Americans would be left to rely on competing accounts of what was said,” Comer added.
“Former Secretary Clinton’s on-the-record testimony is necessary for the Committee’s investigation given her knowledge from her time as Secretary of State of the federal government’s work to counter international sex-tracking rings, her personal knowledge of Ms. Maxwell, and her family’s relationship with Mr. Epstein,” he added.
On Wednesday, Comer blasted the Clintons as he sat in front of photos of Bill Clinton in a hot tub with Epstein’s ‘madam’ Ghislaine Maxwell.
“Subpoenas are not mere suggestions. They carry the force of law and require compliance. Former President Clinton and Secretary Clinton were legally required to appear for depositions before this committee. They refused,” Comer said.
“Since issuing the subpoenas, this committee has acted in good faith. We’ve offered flexibility on scheduling. The response we received was not cooperation, but defiance, marked by repeated delays, excuses, and obstruction,” Comer said.
“Today, the Clintons must be held accountable for their actions. And Democrats must support these measures or they will be exposed as hypocrites,” he added.
The resolutions are expected to advance.
