Big Win! Maricopa Superior Court Judge Orders Board of Supervisors to Restore Key Election Functions to Recorder’s Office

In October of 2024, former Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer entered into an agreement with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (Board) to shift certain election duties away from the Recorder’s office and to the Board.  This was done months after Justin Heap defeated Richer in the July 30th, 2024, Republican Primary for Maricopa County Recorder, and one month before Heap won the November 5th election to succeed Richer.

The agreement was unanimous and gave the Board control over early ballot processing, including the appointment of a bipartisan board responsible for overseeing the early voting process.  The agreement also centralized election-related information technology (IT) functions, as well as the $5 million budget associated with the IT service.

Following the agreement’s approval on October 10th, KJZZ Phoenix reported:

The agreement, unanimously approved by the board on Oct. 10, gives the Board of Supervisors the authority to appoint the board that processes early ballots, which includes an inspector and two judges from different political parties. According to the Election Procedures Manual, those boards examine, count and verify early ballots before they are tabulated. That includes opening envelopes, ensuring the ballot envelopes show the correct election code and identifying damaged ballots.

Under the previous shared services agreement adopted in 2023, the recorder managed early ballot processing.

Under the new agreement, the Recorder’s Office will retain other election-related responsibilities, including voter registration, planning and administering early voting and signature verification of early ballots.

However, the Board of Supervisors also voted to move the recorder’s information technology staff and its associated $5 million budget under its supervision, including “any IT-related service necessary for the Recorder to effectively perform its elections or business-related responsibilities as designated.

Upon assuming office, Heap cancelled the contract and called on the newly seated Board of Supervisors to renegotiate.  In a statement posted to the Maricopa County Recorder’s website, Heap suggested he would take legal action over “the Supervisors’ unwillingness to address these concerns.”

Heap did take legal action, and yesterday a Maricopa County Superior Court judge sided with the Recorder’s position.

According to the Court’s decision, the authority was delegated to a county’s recorder or an “other officer in charge of elections.”  But the order also stated that, “The recorder may subsequently withdraw his or her consent and reclaim his or her statutory authority or responsibility.”

The judge ordered that the Board of Supervisors “return to the Recorder’s direct custody and/or control the IT staff, servers, databases, software, websites, and equipment that were in the Recorder’s custody…prior to October of 2024…” and enjoined the Board of Supervisors “from further exercising any election functions delegated by the Legislature to the Recorder.”

The Board of Supervisors had argued that it had the authority to control funding and structure operations of the Recorder’s office, however, the judge rejected that claim, finding that the Board of Supervisors has a “non-discretionary duty to fund all reasonable and necessary expenses of the Recorder as set forth in Title 16 of Arizona Revised Statutes.”

Trouble in Virginia: Leftists Pay Canvassers To Gain college student support for Democrat Gerrymandering

According to a recent report at Campus Reform, “Left-wing activists are paying canvassers to promote a Democrat-led redistricting effort on Virginia college students, according to a recent job posting.”

This listing, posted on Indeed, sought applicants for a “Community Canvasser – Vote YES on Redistricting” position.

The goal would be to support a Democrat plot to “support a gerrymandering referendum in the upcoming election.”

The listing read like a typical far-left campaign pitch, saying “With Trump and MAGA-controlled legislatures in other states working to rig congressional maps, Virginians are at risk of having their voices diminished in Washington,” the post claims. “Virginians vote April 21st on a constitutional amendment that gives voters, not politicians, the power to protect fair representation for Virginia.”

As has been reported extensively, this gerrymandering proposal in VA would redraw congressional districts to favor the Dems.

This job mentioned is being pitched by a group known as “The Outreach Team, which advertises itself as “the national engine of campaigners and organizers powering the progressive movement” on its web page. It boasts of its partnerships with a number of prominent left-wing organizations, including Planned Parenthood, the NAACP, and the Biden-Harris campaign.”

In other words, this is a grassroots leftist effort to skew the elections towards the Democrats and put them at an advantage over Republicans.

Originally the ad had said the group would be “encouraging [students] to text three friends to [vote yes],” though that section has been removed entirely.”

The job offer was only open to the Virginia Tech area, the Virginia Commonwealth University area, and the University of Richmond general region.

“Monica Rudolph, a member of Virginia Tech’s College Republicans chapter, expressed her belief that Democrats are attempting to deceive college students into supporting their gerrymandering efforts in a statement to Campus Reform.”

The current Democratic Party thrives on cheating and disenfranchising voters in order to win.

Winning at any cost seems to be their political philosophy.

As one student pointed out, “They have all the votes they need as is.”

“Bruce Schlesman, Executive Director for The Family Foundation Action (TFFA) told Campus Reform that jobs such as the one offered by The Outreach Team are a result of Democrats attempting to peddle unpopular legislation.”

Sadly, the Dems have flooded support for this gerrymandering proposal with donor money. The vote to gerrymander seems to have outrun Virginians For Fair Maps, the group opposing gerrymandering.

We will see what happens with this left-wing initiative, but regardless, we see yet again how low the left will go to gain power.

“Lives a Double Life” – Sex Content Creator Posted Graphic Videos of Sex Acts with Secret Service Agent on OnlyFans (PHOTO)

A sex content creator has posted graphic videos of sex acts with a Secret Service Agent on OnlyFans.

OnlyFans is a subscription-based platform where content creators are paid by subscribers.

Virtually 80% of the content posted to OnlyFans is pornographic and sexually explicit.

According to RealClearPolitics reporter Susan Crabtree, the sex content creator, identified as Brittany Jones, claimed to be making “adult content” with her Secret Service agent boyfriend, William W. Foy Jr.

“My boyfriend lives a double life,” Brittany Jones wrote on Facebook. “Guarding the president by day [sic] then making adult videos with me by night. We see you Hannah Montana lol.”

A source told Susan Crabtree that Foy is assigned to Joe Biden’s detail.

Via Susan Crabtree:

A woman identified as Brittney Jones this weekend posted on Facebook and her BritneyJonesxx Instagram account what appears to be a photo of a Secret Service agent’s USSS ID with a statement claiming that the agent is her “boyfriend” who “lives a double life” protecting the president “by day” and making “adult content” with her “by night.”

Jones, who appears to be the same woman who accused former Patriots Wide Receiver Stefon Diggs of having sex with her last year while he was in a relationship with Cardi B, posted what looks like the Secret Service ID of William W. Foy, Jr., along with a lurid caption.

In a separate video posted to Instagram with the title, “When your boyfriend works for the Secret Service,” Jones displays her mid-drift while handling what appears to be a long spear.

Another video shows the woman on the passenger side of the vehicle while the same man is driving. Jones is wearing a blond wig and seductively sucks her finger while asking the man how to pronounce his last name.

Yet another post from Jones shows the same man coring a pineapple in a kitchen. Jones posted the photo with this caption: “The only guy who could ever tame me “Michael Foy,” [sic]” with a skeptical emoji.

Posts on the britneyjonesxx are more salacious, including a photo of a check titled “75k to get an abortion” with a skeptical emoji and several more explicit posts with photos of men she claimed to have sex with. The same video with Jones’ mid-drift displaying the spear appears on the xx account.

There’s music in the background, and the accompanying statement says, “Just finished sharpening my boyfriends [sic] work gear.”

The Secret Service didn’t immediately return a request for comment. One source said Foy is assigned to the Biden detail.

A woman named Brittney Jones, identified as an OnlyFans creator in media reports, made similar accusations in 2025 and earlier this year on social media platforms, including Facebook and Tiktok, claiming a sexual relationship with Diggs.

Jones’ accusations came while Diggs was reportedly involved with rapper Cardi B. Diggs’ attorney, Kent Schaffer, accused Jones of extortion, alleging that Jones threatened to go public unless he paid her money.

Rich Staropoli, a retired Secret Service agent with a 25-year career who also served as the chief information officer for the Homeland Security Department, said the posts are indicative of the agency’s low hiring standards in recent years.

“It’s another distracting incident the Secret Service has to deal with when they should be out there protecting the president,” he told RealClearPolitics. “It speaks to the hiring and the screening of these people, and more importantly, who’s taking any corrective action once this stuff comes to light?”

The Secret Service has not responded to RealClearPolitics request for comment amid another scandal in the agency.

This is just the latest scandal to rock the Secret Service.

Last month, a Secret Service Agent was suspended for not properly disclosing her relationship and marriage to a foreign national.

Myosoty Perez secretly married a Brazilian woman in April 2025 and did not notify the agency until this January, according to Real Clear Politics.

Anna Paulina during her interview with Catherine Herridge.

Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna has warned of a “major purge” coming on Capitol Hill of lawmakers with “skeletons in their closets.”

Following the spectacular fall of California Rep. Eric Swalwell following a host of sexual assault and rape allegations, there is growing speculation that other individuals may be next.

Texas Rep. Tony Gonzales also resigned his seat last week amid ongoing criticism about his affair with an aide who later committed suicide.

In an interview with reporter Catherine Herridge, Rep. Luna said that she beleives three others may face similar accusations in the following weeks.

Here is a transcript of the exchange:

HOST: Do other house members have skeletons in their closets?

LUNA: Yes.

HOST: How many?

LUNA: I’d say right now there are about two House members, likely one Senator.

But I think this right now is freaking a lot of people out and also this is something we have been pushing for, but we wanted to release the Congressional slush fund.

HOST: Is this the beginning of a major purge?

LUNA: I think so.

HOST: How many members are we talking about?

LUNA: Well as of right now there is probably about htree between the House and the Senate.

HOST: Three? But there could be more?

LUNA: There could be more. There is always rumors but rumos aren’t always true. It is what is in evidence.

Watch the clip below:

In his resignation notice posted earlier this week, Swalwell said he would give up his seat but continued to deny any criminal wrongdoing.

“I am deeply sorry to my family, staff, and constituents for mistakes in judgment I’ve made in my past,” Swalwell said.

“However, I must take responsibility and ownership for the mistakes I did make,” he said.

Swalwell had been leading the polls for the California governor’s race before the scandal broke.

“Expelling anyone in Congress without due process, within days of an allegation being made, is wrong,” he continued.

”But it’s also wrong for my constituents to have me distracted from my duties. Therefore, I plan to resign my seat in Congress.”
