Arizona Attorney General Appeals Loss in Sham 2020 Electors Witch Hunt After Judge Tosses Indictment – Appeals Court Judge is Donor to Her Campaign!
Arizona AG Kris Mayes
Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes is currently appealing the dismissed charges in her years-long political persecution of alternate 2020 electors, and the judge overseeing the appeal is a far-left Mayes donor who has a vested interest in seeing the Defendants jailed for their made-up crime of challenging an election.
This is not the first time the case has faced controversy.
The Gateway Pundit reported in November that the case was revealed to have been pre-designed by a left-wing law group and handed nearly one year before the charges were filed. This discovery also came after a far-left judge recused himself from the case after he was busted bashing white men and making demands that other judges in Arizona support Kamala Harris against her conservative critics. The judge further likened Harris’ critics to Nazis and condemned judges for not sharing his radical anti-white views.
In April, Trump 2020 alternate electors, GOP state legislators, former Arizona GOP chairwoman Kelli Ward, and others were indicted by a state grand jury in Arizona for questioning the 2020 election.
A total of 18 people involved in the Arizona alternate electors plan were indicted by the Arizona grand jury last year.
Trump lawyers Christina Bobb, Jenna Ellis, Rudy Giuliani and John Eastman were all charged with felonies.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Mayes’ case against the Trump electors was crushed after the Defendants in the case successfully argued that the charges were politically motivated and violated Arizona’s anti-SLAPP statute.
Democrat Arizona AG Kris Mayes’ Alternate Trump Electors Case on Life Support After Judge Says Charges May Have Violated First Amendment
Now, as Mayes is appealing a judge's decision to drop the charges, she has an ally and donor overseeing the case. As Arizona State Rep. Joseph Chaplik revealed, the judge, Andrew Jacobs, a Katie Hobbs appointee, felt motivated to make his first donation to Mayes' 2022 Attorney General campaign "Several days after Mayes promised publicly to investigate the 2020 electors."
Chaplick detailed the corruption in an X thread:
@realDonaldTrump’s 2020 AZ Electors are currently being persecuted by a corrupt Democrat AG One judge was already forced to recuse himself for being a shill for the Left Now the Appeals Court judge has been exposed for DONATING to the corrupt AG!
The appeals court judge on the case, Andrew Jacobs, was appointed by Governor Katie Hobbs in February 2023. Jacobs donated $500 to Mayes’ campaign for the office in 2022.Several days after Mayes promised publicly to investigate the 2020 electors, Jacobs submitted his first donation to her campaign. A source that observed the emergency hearing described Jacobs as “hostile” to the electors.Last month, Maricopa County Judge Sam Myers ruled the 2020 electors, 16 in total, provided sufficient evidence that Mayes’ case against them may be dismissable for violating Arizona’s Anti-SLAPP law.…And now the decision whether this bogus witch hunt against them is dismissed will be decided by a DONOR to the corrupt AG, Kris Mayes.

This is a developing story.
