SEND IN THE TROOPS! At Least 5 Dead, 10 Wounded So Far in Chicago Weekend Shootings

Another wave of violence and murder swept through Chicago this weekend, with at least five dead by Sunday afternoon.
At least five murders and ten shooting-related injuries had been reported as of 2:08 pm ET.
Several teens as young as 15 years old were injured. One 19-year-old and one 16-year-old were transported to the hospital in critical condition.
Per CBS News:
At least five people have been killed and 10 others have been wounded in weekend shootings across Chicago.
The ages of the victims range from 15 to 44.
In the first shooting of the weekend, a 32-year-old employee of a business in the South Loop got into an argument with a 31-year-old man in the 1300 block of South Michigan Avenue around 9:30 p.m. on Friday.
This included at least two shooting incidents on Friday, starting at 9:30 pm local time, seven on Saturday, starting at approximately 1 am, and five on Sunday, starting shortly after midnight.
In nearly all cases, nobody was taken into custody.
This comes after 58 people were shot in Chicago last weekend, leaving eight dead.
The weekend before, at least six people were killed and 27 were injured, with victims as young as five years old, in shootings.
The Trump Administration has been planning federal law enforcement operations and potential National Guard deployment in the Windy City, citing the violent crime crisis.
It was recently revealed that 200 or more Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials would be deployed in the sanctuary city of Chicago to carry out deportations. The National Guard may also be deployed as a deterrent to rioters and criminals.
President Trump pointed to the data from the last two weekends and shredded a reporter at the White House earlier, when asked why he was targeting Chicago with law enforcement actions.

"Excuse me, do you know how many people were killed in Chicago last weekend? Eight. You know how many people were killed in Chicago the week before? Seven," he said. "You know how many people were wounded? 74 people were wounded. You think there’s worse than that? I don’t think so."

NEW: Minnesota Children’s Hospital Snubs Trump’s Executive Order, Will Resume Sex Change Procedures on Minors

A Minnesota children’s hospital plans to resume sex change procedures for minors, flying in the face of President Trump’s executive order banning the practice.
Last January, Trump signed the “Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation” Executive Order, which restricts sex-change procedures for minors by cutting federal funding to institutions that practice the satanic procedures.
“It is the policy of the United States that it will not fund, sponsor, promote, assist, or support the so-called ‘transition’ of a child from one sex to another, and it will rigorously enforce all laws that prohibit or limit these destructive and life-altering procedures,” Trump wrote in the order.
It can be recalled that former MAGA firebrand Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) led an effort to codify the President’s executive order last year, when the House passed her Protect Children’s Innocence Act.
The bill would make it a crime for sex-change surgery and hormonal treatments to be provided to minors and leave parents who allowed their child to be mutilated subject to prosecution.
However, the RINO-controlled Senate, led by Leader John Thune (R-SD), did not even vote on the bill.
Now, states are flaunting Trump’s executive order after a federal judge ruled in favor of 21 blue states that sued the Trump Administration.
United States District Court for the District of Oregon Judge Mustafa Kasubhai ruled that the executive branch lacked the authority to unilaterally implement a ban on so-called gender affirming care for minors due to a lack of Congressional action.
Per MPR New:
Children’s Minnesota announced Monday that it has resumed all services in its Gender Health program, some of which had been temporarily paused on Feb. 27.
The decision follows a federal court ruling in March that overturned a previous attempt to restrict gender-affirming care. This ruling, resulting from a lawsuit filed by Minnesota and a coalition of states, blocks the Trump administration from limiting access to such care.
“Offering science- and research-based health care to transgender and gender diverse youth is part of Children’s Minnesota’s vision of being every family’s essential partner in raising healthier children,” a spokesperson for the hospital said in a statement.
In February, Children’s Minnesota announced the temporary pause on prescribing puberty-suppressing medications and pubertal hormones to patients under the age of 18 in its Gender Health Program for Children. This pause was a reaction to federal actions targeting pediatric health systems that provide such care.
A spokesperson for the hospital previously said that this was not the decision Children’s Minnesota wanted to make, but it felt necessary to protect both its providers and the hospital itself.
This comes amid a lawsuit from the Trump Administration against Minnesota alleging sex-based discrimination for allowing boys to compete in girls’ sports and use girls’ locker rooms and bathrooms.

CNN Airs Premature Death Tribute for Actor Michael J. Fox — Who Is Very Much Alive and Fires Back with Humor

A very much alive Michael J Fox, famous for his movie role in Back to the Future and on TV as the Reagan-loving briefcase-toting Alex P. Keaton on Family Ties, mocked CNN for sharing a tribute video implying the actor had passed away.
Fox was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991, but he has maintained his acting career, with roles as recently as AppleTV+’s Shrinking in 2026.
The network released a video package titled “Remembering the life of actor Michael J. Fox,” which prompted him to reassure worried fans.
Fox wrote on his Threads account, “How do you react when you turn on the TV and CNN is reporting your death?”
“Do you…A) switch to MNSBC, or whatever they are calling themselves these days, (B) Pour scolding hot water on your lap, if it hurts your fine, (C) Call your wife, hopefully she’s concerned but reassuring, (D) Relax, they do this once every year, (E) Ask yourself wtf ?”
“I thought the world was ending, but apparently it’s just me and I’m ok. Love, Mike.”
The network apologized for the error.
Entertainment Weekly reports:
A spokesperson for the network told Entertainment Weekly, “The package was published in error; we have removed it from our platforms and send our apologies to Michael J. Fox and his family.”
********
The video in question showed viewers clips of Fox’s work over the years, as well as interview excerpts.
“He came into our living rooms on the small screen each week as Alex P. Keaton [on Family Ties] and eventually onto the big screen as Marty McFly in [Back to the Future],” the narrator said. “But Michael J. Fox had a compelling third act as Parkinson’s sufferer and stem cell research advocate.”
In 2025, Fox received the Presidential Medal of Freedom primarily for his decades of advocacy and work through The Michael J. Fox Foundation to advance Parkinson’s disease research.
He is married to actress Tracy Pollan, who he met on the set of Family Ties.
They were married in 1988 and have been since having four children: one son and three daughters.

SAVE THE KINGDOM: Billionaire Expat Returns to Britain To Be Able To Donate Millions to Nigel Farage’s Reform UK

British crypto billionaire Ben Delo – by Anne Schwarz Photography/Wiki Commons
Delo’s return is great news for Reform UK.
Under the incompetent, tax-hungry Labour party government, scores of wealthy people have chosen to leave Britain.
But one billionaire is making the inverse journey, in a bid to save his Kingdom.
He is returning to be able to donate millions to Nigel Farage’s Reform UK, after accusing Labour of ‘trying to rig the next general election’.
Haha! Billionaire Brit Ben Delo who lives in Hong Kong donated £4 MILLION to Reform earlier this year, and Labour then blocked donations over £100k from Brits living abroad.
So he’s moving back to the UK to donate £MILLIONS more to Reform.
Have that @Keir_Starmer

The Telegraph reported:
“Ben Delo, who lives in Hong Kong, gave £4m to Reform earlier this year before the Government changed the law to put a £100,000 cap on donations from Britons living abroad.
Mr. Delo has accused Sir Keir Starmer of using legislation specifically to target big-money expat Reform donors “to stack the political deck against the most popular opposition party”.
Writing for The Telegraph, the 42-year-old says he is moving to the UK so he can donate millions more to Reform and ‘build a war chest’ for Nigel Farage, the Reform leader, to fight the next election.”
Nigel Farage hits out at Starmer:
“The scheming & dishonest Keir Starmer will not stop us”
“In fact, his actions have only made brave people like Ben Delo even more determined to beat Labour at the next election”
Fired up & ready

Delo is Britain’s youngest self-made billionaire, the co-founder of BitMEX, a cryptocurrency trading platform.
“Mr. Delo believes Sir Keir changed the law on donations to target Christopher Harborne, the billionaire who has donated £12m to Reform from his home in Thailand.”
Starmer is afraid expat donors can give Farage an unbeatable war chest.
Daily Mail reported:
“With Reform relying on big donations, Mr Delo said he hoped to inspire other rich expats to move back to defy Sir Keir’s ‘tinpot’ attempt to fix the next election.
The co-founder of cryptocurrency trading platform Bitmex said: ‘For Labour, sitting on its cushion of trade union funding, the idea that someone might create a level playing field by giving Reform as much money to spend as other parties is intolerable.’
[…] [Farage] said: ‘It is particularly gratifying to me personally, that someone like Ben – a builder, visionary and problem-solver, who has spent a lifetime grasping trends before other people do, sees the potential of Reform.’
Oxford graduate Mr. Delo, who was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome at 11, said the ‘chronically dishonest’ culture of government makes it difficult for people with autism spectrum disorders to understand what politicians really mean.”
