John Sauer, the Justice Department’s Solicitor General, appeared before the Supreme Court on Wednesday to argue President Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order.

The President also attended the Supreme Court’s oral arguments on Wednesday morning.

The majority of the Supreme Court appeared skeptical of President Trump’s attempt to end birthright citizenship.

President Trump last year asked the US Supreme Court to end birthright citizenship.

“The Trump administration asked the Supreme Court on Friday to review the constitutionality of President Donald Trump’s executive order seeking to end birthright citizenship, pushing the issue back before the justices for the second time this year,” CNN reported.

“The lower court’s decisions invalidated a policy of prime importance to the president and his administration in a manner that undermines our border security,” DOJ Solicitor General John Sauer told the Supreme Court in the appeal obtained by CNN. “Those decisions confer, without lawful justification, the privilege of American citizenship on hundreds of thousands of unqualified people.”

Several federal judges have blocked President Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order.

According to President Trump’s order, the 14th Amendment is being misinterpreted by the left to give citizenship to ‘anchor babies.’

“It is the policy of the United States that no department or agency of the United States government shall issue documents recognizing United States citizenship, or accept documents issued by State, local, or other governments or authorities purporting to recognize United States citizenship, to persons: (1) when that person’s mother was unlawfully present in the United States and the person’s father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth, or (2) when that person’s mother’s presence in the United States was lawful but temporary, and the person’s father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth,” Trump’s order stated.

Trump’s order argued the 14th Amendment has always excluded babies born to people in the US illegally.

“[The] Fourteenth Amendment has never been interpreted to extend citizenship universally to everyone born within the United States. The Fourteenth Amendment has always excluded from birthright citizenship persons who were born in the United States but not “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” Consistent with this understanding, the Congress has further specified through legislation that “a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” is a national and citizen of the United States at birth, 8 U.S.C. 1401, generally mirroring the Fourteenth Amendment’s text,” the order stated.

On Wednesday, Solicitor General John Sauer sparred with Justice Jackson over illegal aliens giving birth in the United States.

No other country allows this. This is suicidal for the United States.

“So, are we bringing pregnant women for depositions?” Justice Jackson asked John Sauer.

“No. As I stated earlier, the Executive Order turns on the lawfulness of status. So, if you give birth to a baby in the hospital right now, it gets the birth certificate in the system – there’s a computer system,” Sauer said.

“So there’s no opportunity, there’s apparently no opportunity then, for the person to prove or say that they actually intended to stay in the United States?” Jackson said.

“The opposite is true. There are opportunities to dispute if they think they are wrongfully denied, which only happens in a tiny minority of cases,” Sauer said.

“After the fact? After the fact? After the baby has been denied citizenship, we go through the process?” Jackson said.

“And I’m summarizing… The computer program automatically generates a Social Security number…provided the system automatically checks the immigration status of the parents, which there are robust databases for. It appears no different to the vast majority of birthing parents,” John Sauer.

AUDIO:

President Trump slammed the birthright citizenship after he left the Supreme Court.

“We are the only Country in the World STUPID enough to allow “Birthright” Citizenship! President DONALD J. TRUMP,” Trump said on Truth Social.

The US National Security concerns about the Arctic will be addressed, one way or another.

And so, we’ve come to the point where a lot seems to have changed regarding the situation of the Arctic island of Greenland.

On the one hand, Denmark’s Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen called snap elections, trying to use her resistance to Donald J. Trump’s designs on Greenland to guarantee another term, but in the end, she had the worst voting for her dominant party in a century.

So, now Frederiksen has renounced and is working as a caretaker PM, while she negotiates with other parties, hoping to remain at the helm.

Meanwhile, the US is involved in a high-stakes military operation in Iran, and Trump has told anyone who’ll listen that ‘Cuba is next’ – so, maybe this is not the ideal moment to seize Greenland and deal with the potential military reaction by former Euro-Globalist ‘allies’.

So, perhaps it is not so surprising that the US began ‘secret talks’ with Denmark to ‘increase its military presence’ in Greenland.

Washington is reportedly seeking access to three bases to set up airfields and ports.

The Telegraph reported:

“The talks are being held under a 1951 defense pact between Denmark and the United States that allows the latter to build and expand military sites in Greenland, a Danish overseas territory.”

“Pituffik Space Base is currently the sole US military base in Greenland, on its north-west coast. Operating since the 1951 US-Denmark treaty, it is central to the US early warning and missile defense as well as space surveillance.

Lt-Cdr Teresa C Meadows, a US Northern Command spokesman, said the US wished to expand bases near the southern town of Narsarsuaq and Kangerlussuaq, in the western region.”

Longtime Democrat strategist James Carville, fresh from a recent insane TDS-induced meltdown, has issued an ominous promise to President Trump and his family. After the midterms, Democrats will go after Trump’s ‘stupid jackass kids and their spouses.’

Carville also fantasized about violence against the President.

Carville made the threat on his podcast “Politicon.”

“Listen to me, Trump,” he warned. “I’m gonna tell your fat fucking ass something. You’re getting ready to get the living crap kicked out of you. You don’t know, because they haven’t really told you.”

“Let me tell you something. They’re gonna, they’re gonna start breaking the news to you kind of gently. President Trump Releases Statement on Bondi Firing and Her Future Role

President Trump on Thursday released a statement on Bondi’s ousting from the Justice Department.

It was reported on Thursday that Pam Bondi was fired as US Attorney General.

Fox News reported that Pam Bondi met with President Trump on Wednesday night before his Iran speech and was terminated last night.

According to reports, Trump was not happy with Bondi’s leadership at the Department of Justice.

Bondi has reportedly already flown back to her home in Florida.

Trump has reportedly discussed replacing Bondi with EPA Chief Lee Zeldin.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche will serve as Acting Attorney General.

“Pam Bondi led this Department with strength and conviction and I’m grateful for her leadership and friendship,” Blanche said in a statement.

“Thank you to President Trump for the trust and the opportunity to serve as Acting Attorney General,” Blanche said.

“We will continue backing the blue, enforcing the law, and doing everything in our power to keep America safe,” he added.

Fox News reporter Peter Doocy said there is no “bad blood” between Bondi and Trump.

On Thursday afternoon, President Trump released a statement on Bondi’s firing.

“Pam Bondi is a Great American Patriot and a loyal friend, who faithfully served as my Attorney General over the past year. Pam did a tremendous job overseeing a massive crackdown in Crime across our Country, with Murders plummeting to their lowest level since 1900,” Trump said in a Truth Social post.

President Trump said Bondi’s new job in the private sector will be announced in the near future.

“We love Pam, and she will be transitioning to a much needed and important new job in the private sector, to be announced at a date in the near future, and our Deputy Attorney General, and a very talented and respected Legal Mind, Todd Blanche, will step in to serve as Acting Attorney General. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP” Trump said.
