A loud-mouthed House Democrat totally flipped out after being totally exposed and humiliated after moving to subpoena Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Wednesday.
As The Hill reported, Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-NY) moved to subpoena Rubio, U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner before the House Foreign Affairs Committee over the war in Iran by the end of April so the American public and Congress “can hear from them directly on the most pressing international security matter facing Americans today: President Trump’s war of choice in Iran.”
“If this committee cannot hold hearings on a war involving U.S. forces, the diplomacy around it, and its impacts on our allies and partners, then we are not meeting our most basic oversight responsibility,” he added.
But Meeks’ showboating quickly came back to haunt him. House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Brian Mast (R-FL) proceeded to humiliate him by exposing a damning truth: not only had Meeks not been showing up for classified briefings, but he had often been late for those he had attended.
Hearing this sent Meeks over the edge, and he yelled at Mast for several minutes. He falsely accused the Florida congressman of covering up for Trump and not holding public briefings.
He also again demanded that he call Witkoff, Rubio, and Kushner in to testify.
Mast somehow managed to keep his cool, even offering to keep Meeks posted whenever there’s a briefing, public or private, on the calendar. Meeks, of course, refused to listen and continued shouting.
The exchange concludes with Meeks continuing to scream, “Do you believe the American people deserve transparency!” and yelling for public hearings. In contrast, Mast continued to tell him he could start showing up to work.

OMG. Democrat Rep. Meeks just tried to angrily SUBPOENA Sec. Marco Rubio because he’s upset about not having “answers” about the Iran war…
…but he was IMMEDIATELY exposed for ROUTINELY SKIPPING his classified intel briefings, which would give him the answers he’s demanding… pic.twitter.com/vK4Sc02SMd

MAST: If you want to know what’s taking place with the activities in Iran or anywhere else, feel free to attend any of our fly-in classified briefings, which you don’t attend at all.
I’d also encourage you, when we have the classified briefings with Secretary Rubio, Secretary Hegseth…You might want to take a few notes because you are forgetting every single thing that they told you, which is every single detail you want to know about this conflict.
MEEKS: There haven’t been numerous; there’s been three! One with the Gang of Eight…
MAST: I can use my dictionary…
MEEKS: Do your job and lead this committee, and let the American people have some transparency! We need to have some transparency for the American people; we need to have public hearings!
MAST: Goes on every week. I can let you know when it happens. You can put it on your calendar.
MEEKS: We haven’t had any public hearings! What are you hiding?!
MAST: We have a hearing going on right now.
MEEKS: The three people who have been going through all the negotiating are Mr. Kushner, Mr. Witkoff…And we need the Secretary of State. Those are the individuals that need to be here!
That is why I am asking to have a subpoena to have them in this room…So they can have questions asked to them by Democrats and Republicans!
MAST: Like our classified briefings that you must have forgotten about.
MEEKS: I know you want to protect the president, and the way you want to protect him is by not calling his people…You just want to give them a (free pass) just like the Duma does for Vladimir Putin.
No responsibility! No oversight!
MAST: Attend the briefings that we have, you’d learn quite a bit. You could even consider showing up on time.
MEEKS: Stop covering up for the Administration! Don’t be a rubber stamp!
MAST: You have someone here before you. I’d encourage you to ask some questions.
MEEKS: I will.
MAST: I look forward to hearing it. Again, I’ll make sure to update you on when our classified briefings are…Hopefully we don’t see any more public excuses why you don’t show up to classified briefings.
MEEKS: Do the American people deserve transparency?
MAST: They deserve to know that everyone involved in their national security apparatus is actually paying attention to the issues.

ULTIMATUM: President Trump Issues Chilling 48-Hour Warning to Iran as Deadline Looms — ‘All Hell Will Reign Down’

President Donald J. Trump took to Truth Social on Saturday to deliver a final, bone-chilling warning to the radical mullahs in Tehran: Open the Strait of Hormuz now, or face total annihilation.
Trump has been playing nuclear-level chess with the Iranian regime ever since they tried to choke off one-fifth of the world’s oil supply in retaliation for America and Israel’s decisive strikes that left their military in ruins.
Back on March 21, Trump issued his first iron-fisted 48-hour ultimatum, warning that the U.S. would “obliterate” Iran’s power plants, starting with the biggest ones, if the Strait wasn’t opened “FULLY, WITHOUT THREAT.”
The regime responded with hysterical threats to wipe out Middle East water supplies and desalination plants, proving once again they are nothing but a bunch of apocalyptic fanatics who hate civilization.
Trump graciously extended the deadline by 10 days at Iran’s request to give them a chance to negotiate, setting a new drop-dead date for Monday, April 6.
But the ayatollahs have continued to play games, allowing limited oil to flow to everyone EXCEPT the U.S., Israel, and key Gulf allies while keeping the world on the brink of an energy crisis.
Now, with the extended deadline looming, President Trump is reminding the world, and especially the mad mullahs in Tehran, that his patience has limits.
“Remember when I gave Iran ten days to MAKE A DEAL or OPEN UP THE HORMUZ STRAIT. Time is running out – 48 hours before all Hell will reign down on them. Glory be to GOD! President DONALD J. TRUMP”
President Trump on Thursday posted a video of Iran’s B1 bridge in Karaj, the tallest bridge in the Middle East, being destroyed in an airstrike.
Trump posted the video on Truth Social, writing, “The biggest bridge in Iran comes tumbling down, never to be used again — Much more to follow! IT IS TIME FOR IRAN TO MAKE A DEAL BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE, AND THERE IS NOTHING LEFT OF WHAT STILL COULD BECOME A GREAT COUNTRY! President DONALD J. TRUMP.”

POWDER KEG EUROPE: German Men Now Have to Ask the Army for Permission to Leave the Country for More Than Three Months

Welcome to the Bundeswehr, young men.
German fighting-age males are getting an early taste of the military escalation on the old continent.
We have been reporting here on TGP how the Euro-Globalist ‘leaders’ in Europe have been pushing their countries through a military buildup not seen since the end of the Cold War.
But it did take us by surprise just how fast Germany escalated their military service rules into draconian demands.
It has now been reported that German men ‘of fighting age’ must now ask the Bundeswehr for permission to leave the country for more than three months.
NEW – Germany now requires all men between the ages of 17 and 45 to obtain permission from the military before leaving the country for more than three months. pic.twitter.com/xqthQSkBoI

The Telegraph reported:
“The government has introduced a new military service scheme this year that stops short of conscription but requires men born from 2008 onwards to take a medical exam and fill in a survey about their fitness for service.
It has emerged that a clause in the law also requires men aged between 17 and 45 to obtain a permit from the Bundeswehr, the German armed forces, before leaving the country for extended periods.”
Germany is tightening oversight of potential conscripts.

“The purpose of the new rule in Germany is to restrict the movements of men of fighting age in the event of a national crisis such as a war, which may require emergency conscription.
The rule says: ‘Male persons who have reached the age of 17 must obtain permission from the responsible career center of the German armed forces if they wish to leave the Federal Republic of Germany for more than three months’.”
