The Killers, Zoé, Halsey & More Best Performances of Day 3 of Tecate Pa’l Norte 2026
The third and final day of the 2026 Tecate Pa’l Norte festival on Sunday (March 29) brought the triumphant return of The Killers to Monterrey, Mexico — with plenty of music and Spanish dialogues from lead singer Brandon Flowers — as well as the comeback of Zoé after an eight-year absence, and the energy of singer-songwriter Halsey, who celebrated the Mexican rock trio The Warning as “hometown heroes.”
Panteón Rococó added a festive touch to close out the marathon day with its brand of ska, and Djo took the audience on a musical journey filled with synthesizers and melodic guitars, creating an intimate moment full of nostalgia and joy. Molotov stood out with their punk rock and irreverent lyrics, while the veteran band Los Cardenales de Nuevo León reaffirmed their status as legends of regional Mexican music.
The final day of activities at what is considered the largest music festival in northern Mexico also delivered thrilling moments with performances by Siddartha, Omar Courtz, Santos Bravos, Rusowsky, Yami Safdie, Moenia, Love of Lesbian, Marky Ramone and Daniela Spalla. Among the surprises the festival offered was a performance by the female duo Los Horóscopos de Durango, as well as a ‘90s party brought to life by bands such as OV7, Magneto and JNS.
In total, Tecate Pa’l Norte 2026 brought together approximately 300,000 people over its three days, according to estimates from the organizers based on figures recorded in recent years. In its 14th edition, the acclaimed festival — founded by Apodaca Group and in recent years associated with promoter Ocesa — was held from March 27 to March 29 at Parque Fundidora in this city bordering the United States.
Below, read about five of our favorite moments from Day 3 of the festival. (Click for summaries of Day 1 and Day 2.)

Sabrina Carpenter, KATSEYE, Turnstile, John Summit & More: Best Moments From Coachella 2026 Day 1
Coachella started strong this year, with a Friday featuring numerous much-anticipated performances — including festival debut sets by breakout artists, festival return sets by longtime favorites, and a headlining debut set by an artist who predicted her eventual top-of-the-bill status during her most recent Coachella performance two years prior.
It was a very hot and sunny day in the desert, with both the Coachella powers that be and numerous artists on stage repeatedly reminding attendees to stay hydrated. However, by night, things had cooled and gotten particularly windy, which led to perhaps the day’s lone major disappointment — the last-minute canceling of Anyma Presents: ÆDEN, the much-hyped midnight dance set supposed to see day one out, which reportedly had the plug pulled on it due to the windy conditions.
Still, the day was a packed one — even Anyma fans still had the choice of going to see either Gordo, alt-R&B fixture Blood Orange or rap hitmaker Sexyy Red at midnight instead of the dance duo, which would be very strong backup options for just about any kind of music fan. And there were still great dance moments earlier in the day, as well as plenty of memorable on-stage happenings from the worlds of rock and pop, which appear to be the two genres most firmly at the festival’s core as of 2026.
Here are 10 of our staffers’ picks for the most memorable moments from the first day of Coachella 2026, officially the festival’s 25th edition, with plenty more such moments no doubt to follow on Saturday and Sunday.

Tyga to Make Feature Film Debut in Coming-of-Age Drama Alongside ‘Outer Banks’ Star Madison Bailey
Tyga is heading to Hollywood. Luckily for the “Rack City” rapper, it’s not a far ride from Calabasas, Calif., to the silver screen.
The 36-year-old (born Michael Ray Stevenson) is set to make his feature film debut starring in the coming-of-age drama Baby, You’re a Star. In addition to taking on a lead role, Tyga will serve as a producer and cowriter for the movie. Decorated music video director Arrad Rahgoshay is slated to direct the movie musical.
Tyga will star alongside Outer Banks‘ Madison Bailey, Ashton Sanders, Mike Epps, Apollonia, Clifton Powell, Patrick Cage and David Alan Grier.
The film’s storyline hits home with Tyga, which will follow an aspiring music artst determined to overcome life’s obstacles to reach stardom.
“Blending music, nostalgia and raw emotional stakes, the film aims to capture the spirit of a generation on the brink of cultural change,” a press release for Baby, You’re a Star states. Production for the movie is currently underway in Portland, Ore.
Tyga has been a rap staple for nearly 15 years since his breakout Billboard Hot 100 top 10 hit “Rack City,” which reached No. 7 on the chart in early 2012. Among his 34 Hot 100 entries, Tyga’s notched another pair of top 10 anthems in his career with “Taste” alongside Offset (No. 8 peak) in 2018 and hopping on Chris Brown’s “Loyal” in 2014 (No. 9 peak).
T-Raww’s laid low for the first quarter of 2026 on the music side. The California native’s most recent album, NSFW, arrived in February 2025 with assists from Cher, Big Sean, Flo Milli, Lil Wayne, Shenseea, Lil Tjay and Ty Dolla $ign.
